WHAT IS THIS?
A DAY WHEN YOU CAN LEARN ON-SITE
In most property education courses, you sit down, someone talks at you with slides and you leave full of notes you're not sure how to use.
Property & Padel is different. I take a small group to an active project I'm working on, walk you through the site for 3 hours and answer every question you have on the ground.
Then we wrap up with a game of padel and you can use that opportunity to unwind and network.

You'll get the exact location after booking. We meet at the property, introductions are made, and I set the context for what we're looking at and why I'm doing this deal.

3-Hour Site Walk
I walk you through every corner of the property. Bridging costs, refurb scope, timelines, margins, what I'd do differently next time. Everyone can ask questions as we go.

Numbers Breakdown
We sit down and I break down the actual deal numbers. Purchase price, refurb budget, finance costs, expected GDV or rental yield. You see a live deal the way I see it.

Padel and Wind Down
We head to the padel court. No agenda, no pitch, no upsell. Just a group of people who've spent the afternoon thinking about property, letting off steam and getting to know each other properly.
